Apr 25, 2018: Registration deadline (especially for non-US Citizens)

Apr 20, 2018: Hotel group rate reservation deadline

Jun 11, 2018: Late registration deadline for foreign nationals, subject to NASA approval.

Jun 20, 2018: Late registration as long as slots available for US Citizens or permanent residents ONLY.

 

NOTE: International participants must register by June 11th, 2018 to allow sufficient processing time for security clearances of the visitor passes onto Federal facility. All others, registration will be accepted as long as slots remain available.

 

NOTE: Foreign National registration is now closed (June 13th, 2018)

Student Sponsorship:

Sponsorship for a select few university students to support their participation in conferences is available.
